Abstract: The Harbor Committee met weekly and has investigated numerous possible Cedarville Harbor scenarios as to the construction scope & costs, financing, and annual per forma income & expense models. The committee has agreed that a new Cedarville Harbor is both desirable, feasible, and sustainable.
